Waterfox exists to respect your privacy and keep the browser a user first tool. These are the commitments we make to you:

  • No selling of data: We do not sell your personal data, and we don’t collect it in the first place, except for the bare minimum needed to run Waterfox Private Search (WPS) if you choose to use it.
  • No telemetry: Waterfox ships with telemetry disabled.
  • No tracking: We do not track your browsing activity.
  • You control optional services: If you choose to use optional services (like search suggestions or third party sync), those services will have their own policies and controls.

Waterfox Private Search (WPS)
