What's included:

First beta release on the ESR 128 branch (6.5.x) and dropping the 'G' prefix from version numbers.
Raises minimum system requirements to match modern Windows 10-era hardware (SSE3-class CPUs).
Retunes CPU code generation for Skylake-class and newer processors for improved performance.
Adds a Table of Contents to the Preferences page for easier navigation.
Allows setting any URL as the new tab page via the browser.newtab.url preference in about:config.
Reintroduces the classic password manager implementation.
